Booking & cancellation policy
Quotes and availability
Every Slime Bar event receives a custom quote based on guest count, location, venue, timing and setup needs. An inquiry or quote does not reserve a date. Availability is not guaranteed until the required deposit is received and the booking is confirmed.
Service area and minimum
The standard service area is within 30 miles of Joshua, Texas. Events farther away may be available with a custom travel quote. Private-event bookings have a minimum of 10 guests.
Deposit and final payment
A 25% nonrefundable deposit reserves the event date. The final guest count and remaining balance are due 48 hours before the event. Bookings accepted within 48 hours of the event require full payment when booked.
Rescheduling and cancellation
With at least seven days’ notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to another mutually available date. Cancellation or rescheduling requests received with less than seven days’ notice are reviewed individually. Any approved change remains subject to availability.
Venue and event changes
Event duration is planned around the guest count. Tables, available space, access, weather backup and other physical setup needs are confirmed for each venue. Material changes to the location, guest count, date, time or setup may require an updated quote.

Privacy policy
Information we collect
When you voluntarily submit an event inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, city, estimated guest count and message. If a newsletter signup is activated later, we may collect the email address you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to questions, prepare quotes, confirm availability, manage bookings, provide requested services and send updates you have chosen to receive. Triple Squish Co. does not sell personal information.
Service providers and links
Inquiry submissions may be processed by a form-delivery provider and the site is hosted by a third-party platform. Those providers may process technical or submitted information as needed to provide their services. Links to Whatnot, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook lead to third-party sites with their own privacy practices.
Children’s privacy
This website and its inquiry forms are intended for adults planning events or contacting the business. Children under 13 should not submit names, contact information, photos or other personal information through this site. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, ordinary business records and applicable obligations. You may ask to review, correct or delete information you submitted by contacting hello@triplesquishco.com.

Slime Bar safety
Ingredients and sensitivities
Slime may contain glue or adhesive ingredients, borate-based activator, colorants, fragrance, clay, artificial snow and decorative mix-ins. Available options vary. Tell Triple Squish about known allergies, skin sensitivities or fragrance concerns before the event. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
Supervision and handling
- A responsible adult must supervise participating children.
- Keep slime and small add-ins away from the mouth, eyes, nose, pets and very young children.
- Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Stop use and wash the area if irritation occurs.
- Wash hands after handling slime and before eating.
- Keep slime away from hair, carpet, upholstery, unfinished wood and other porous surfaces. Color or fragrance may transfer.
- Store slime sealed in its container when it is not being used.

For a possible poisoning or concerning exposure in the United States, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or use webPOISONCONTROL. Call 911 for collapse, seizure, trouble breathing or inability to wake.

No automatic booking
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve a date or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after the event details are accepted and the required payment is received.
Ownership
The Triple Squish Co. name, branding, original site copy, graphics and photographs may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits.
Third-party services
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Triple Squish Co. does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions or privacy practices.
Updates
These terms and policies may be updated as the website, booking process and business offerings develop. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are published.
